Madeline Workman

I grew up in a small town in Northern Michigan where I played multiple sports from a very young age. In high school I became interested in nutrition and wellness to help improve my athletic performance and started experimenting with my own nutrition and workouts.

What I learned through experimenting was that ultimately my best self came from balance and consistency. I knew I wanted to use this knowledge to help others become the happiest and healthiest version of themselves. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Western Michigan University where I was able to experience diverse areas within the field of nutrition from urban agriculture, to nutrition in culinary science, to medical nutrition therapy to prevent and manage disease.

I went on to complete my Master’s Degree in Nutrition and my dietetic internship at Auburn University. While I was completing my degrees I coached CrossFit for 5+ years and have used CrossFit as a means for physical wellness for myself for 7+ years.

I currently live in middle Tennessee where I practice as a registered and licensed dietitian. I have a passion for helping others learn the art of balance to improve their overall health.

We don’t need to eat fruits and vegetables at every meal, avoid sugar at all costs, or workout every single day to become our best selves.

The years I have spent experimenting with myself and coaching others to be healthier gives me the skills to help you reach your fitness and nutrition goals. Seeing others make sustainable changes gives me such great joy and it is something I hope to help many more achieve.
