The Memories Over Macros monthly membership is coached by Aubrie Bromlow and is less personalized (everyone gets the same weekly workouts) and it provides clients with a more budget-friendly, group-oriented coaching experience.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. Tiered Coaching with Aubrie has an application and a set-up fee of $50 that is submitted prior to signing up for your monthly membership.

This ensures that you are ready to begin upon your application date.

**How do weekly workouts work?

The Memories Over Macros program includes 6 workouts per week that load every Sunday.

Weekly in-gym workouts (6 workouts per week with an optional at-home workout, tutorial videos included for each exercise, each participant gets the same workouts based on their overall goal).

How am I charged?

Every 4 weeks, your automatic payment will be withdrawn based on the tier that you choose.

You can cancel or upgrade at any time. Changes to your plan occur after your current payment schedule ends.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

Upgrade or downgrade to a different tier at any time.

How are check-ins done?

Check-ins are completed via the training app to report progress/compliance utilizing progress photos, self-report, and bodily measurements (frequency of check-ins is based on what tier you sign up for).
