When I first began my fitness journey with Aubrie and Memories Over Macros, I had a terrible relationship with food and exercise. I thought salads every day plus endless amounts of cardio would help rid my stomach of excess fat, but it just led me to a vicious cycle of overeating any time I had the chance.
Once I got the hang of tracking, which didn’t take long at all thanks to all the information provided, I started developing a healthier relationship with food and started re-introducing my favorite meals, macro-approved! Now tracking is a lifestyle and something that happens naturally.
The workouts always keep you on your toes and the progress photos are something I truly look forward to seeing because it reminds me exactly why I started in the first place.
None of this would have been possible if I didn’t trust Aubrie and her knowledge on fitness and food. MoM is something that will forever be a part of my life because it’s something that is sustainable and achievable
