I started 6 weeks ago so insecure, full of anxiety, So nervous that I would fail in epic pizza catastrophe, but today I’m so pleased with where I am and have to laugh at those thoughts.
The victories are: I hit my macros every day and never went hungry; did 6 workouts/cardio a week for 6 weeks, and achieved the balance I was looking for Especially when spending time with family and friends. I’m ending this challenge with a confidence and motivation I haven’t felt in a long while. Physical differences are exciting but I’m also celebrating the mental growth. I’m happier and feel great from the inside out, and I still have a ways to go. I can only hope to keep things trending positively like this! 😁
This set such a great foundation for a positive relationship with food/macros, and accountability, so I am hoping to continue with Memories over Macros and keep maintaining that balance while working on my health/fitness goals. 😁
