I’ve typed this about ten times, I have been struggling to find the right words. I am honestly shocked at the growth I’ve found in 6 weeks. And others have noticed my growth. Yes I lost 10lbs. But what I gained is equally as significant to me. I’m incredibly grateful for finally signing up and put my health first! Some of the things I have gained
- Confidence that I can achieve my goals and that I don’t have to eat a super restrictive diet that won’t last.
- I can eat the things I love & still see progress!
- There is no guilt in moderation and macro counting/planning. I can’t tell you how many times (prior to MoM) I’d eat my favorite food and the whole next day feel bad about myself and have a pity party. One day or even weekend will not pull you back. Hit your water, hit your protien and get right back to it.
- I am still learning! These 6 weeks I have gained so much but I know I still need help to make sure this is a lifestyle change for me.
