I would say the biggest takeaway I've had so far is eating more protein and finding foods that are high in protein. I've learned that I used to eat a lot of foods that were high in fat, and switching my focus over to foods that are lower in fat has helped a lot.
Another thing I love is how the workouts are laid out for us each day: it makes it really easy to get in the gym, get it done, and not have to worry about coming up with something on our own.
Finally, just being part of the Facebook group, being able to see other peoples post about the challenges or successes that they're having and ways to do things to be more successful. So far this has been a great experience and I'm excited to continue this journey through the holidays and after as well!
